here’s a project that should be funded…get a comprehensive energy bill passed…and another, get comprehensive immigration reform passed…the feds have more important things to worry about than funding robotics…it’s just a dime holding up a dollar…it’s a legit beef but pretty minor considering the dismal shape the country is in

comprehensive energy bill will never happen as long as farm states have outsized influence in congress

immigration reform will only happen if it allows a path for agriculture, and the GOP needs to disappear for that to happen
