This love affair that Kentucky politicians have with Big Coal is disgusting.

They’re the only state I knew of that has a “Friends of Coal” specialty license plate, that is, until I did a Google image search and found that WV, VA, OH, and AL (?) has “Friends of Coal” plates too:

Funny…I always have seen these attached to either big-ass pickups or SUVs, but never a Prius or other small car.
