Yep. There’s one country that does not need the current economic order, Russia. Even China, for all its want of becoming the dominant power, still needs the current system in place. A collapse of the US market would seriously hurt it. Not Russia, though.

China would certainly feel the loss of the US retail market pretty badly, but meanwhile it’s been courting new markets in Africa and South America — y’know, shitholes.
