Dude is selling a gun. I go buy it. With cash. Where’s the paper trail? Where’s the accountability? How would authorities even know this was happening let alone have any power to stop it?

Don’t we regulate all sales of automobiles? I seem to recall when a teenager bought one of my Dad’s old cars from an ad, there was a lot of paper work involved in the transfer. I think guns should operate under a similar principle.
