No, killing 6 million Jews is what made them terrible, not the fact that they were organized and technological.

It was killing everyone they killed, not just Jews. And yes, the fact that they went about it in a meticulous, organized fashion really is part of what makes them terrible. If we ignore that, if we pretend they just walked around killing in berserker rages, we miss what happened.

Eichmann was not a savage. He was something far, far, far worse.
