Someone posted a Tweet about the Kobach jeep on Saturday I believe it was. The tweet said there were audible gasps heard when people saw the Jeep.

It was in Shawnee, Kansas, a town I am not familiar with at all as far as size, political makeup, etc. But it is in Kansas and probably not a big community.

I’m thinking many of those gasps did not come from snowflake liberals.

Keep mouthing off Kobach, you’re going to get everyone hating you yet…both sides of the political spectrum.

I was born/raised in KS. Knew many a person from the Shawnee area. It actually is quite bluer than the western reaches KS. It is a suburb of Kansas City (with Lawrence and KU - the other liberal area on the west side). It is also a bit more affluent area. Back when I was in KS (moved to CO in 2002) this would have been seen as abhorrent. Though I would guess in many of the western/central areas it would have garnered applause.
