I think you or someone else posted about how CBP operates. We really fundamentally I think need to change how we enforce immigration law.

We probably need to fundamentally change the way we enforce the law generally. But ICE and CBP need to get some serious attention because that seems to be where a lot of wannabe cowboys seem to have clustered.
