Do Almond or Soy Milk work in recipes (if you have tried them). I’m just curious. I’m “lactose intolerant” so I limit creamy stuff but I’ve wondered if alternatives work.
I made a vegan chocolate cream pie that’s really good. I tried making the same filling with almond milk and almond extract but it came out too rubbery (too much cornstarch?)
