I’m now over 2 months into quitting after almost 30 years (9 weeks tomorrow, yay!) Keeping my resolve to quit those first 2 weeks was one of the hardest things I’ve done. Even today I still have moments where the cravings are strong, especially when I’m feeling stressed (one of my major triggers). I’m glad I did. I feel so much better, I can breathe so much easier, food tastes better.
