There’s a new guy ….elected out of nowhere, actually beat William “Freezer” Jefferson in a solidly Dem district in New Orleans. First generation Vietnamese; his name is Joseph Cao. His dad was a Lieutenant in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam. He’s a lawyer, a Republican, and told 0bama to get lost when he called personally to urge Cao to vote for cap and trade. He is worth watching.
