Dark, you and I know that tort law thrives on the idea of “warning signs” going ignored. A significant enough loss of life can make a child playing with a crayon into the next Adam Lanza.

For generations every kid in America has played cops and robbers, or cowboys and indians or GI Joe, or even just with squirt guns. What percentage of those kids went on to become mass murders, I would wager a vanishingly small percentage, approaching zero. That tells me as an indicator of anything it is piss poor. How about we focus on things that are actual indicators of psychological issues.
