And that gets back to my post about ethics in vaccine testing. This is a volunteer program and Meridian is trying (I assume) to skew towards people who are more likely to be exposed. In a more normal time, a trial wouldn’t be selecting for the population that this trial is looking for; it is normally unethical without a therapy to be skewing this way, but this is not a normal time.
