This follows an outrageous tobacco tax that will not begin to fund the billions committed to the unending SHIP entitlement which will eventually cost as much as Medicare. Insanity. He will next suggest we disarm to pay for these entitlements.

The tobacco tax has already hit the top of the Laffer curve, IMO, and will provide NO added revenue past the first few months.
Insanity is the word.
