Amendment Zero is my term for the assumption that the Constitution somehow guarantees the right to an audience, a right to the forum of one’s choice, and a right to be taken seriously.
It is yet another bogus bullshit meme the RWNJs have stolen from the moonbat left.

Amendment Zero says that the Constitution says whatever the wingnuts says it does, and that there’s no continuity to its interpretation, just what the Wingnut Elders say.
