Why the fuck didn’t he pick her for energy, if he had to pick her at all? At least she has some actual experience in it, and believes in wind and clean water (or so the descriptions of her companies say.)

Only if she can make a profit by selling air & clean water to people whose communities don’t have it because she destroyed it.
