More than just a little too. Serving “Heads of State” cannot be prosecuted by the ICC they are 100% completely immune to prosecution no matter what their crime.

She is selling them a dream that anyone with any legal knowledge should know is completely bogus. Now that she has become a laughing stock here and her old allies are turning against and denounceing her I guess she figures that maybe she can get some more mileage and money out of taking her wingnutazoid case to the European courts.

Five minutes of research would tell her that Obama cannot be prosecuted by the ICC if she didn’t know it already, yet here she is posting about it?

Yep, it is just another cynical play for money and support in her utterly hopeless and factless crusade.
