Kind of like watching Cinderella find out he had only married her because she fit the shoe. He had a shoe, needed a fit, she would do, and he had already given away his heart to someone else and she didn’t know it.

That’s what was so strange to me. If you’re going to buck the inbred trend and introduce some commoner genes, why not wait until you find someone you can’t spend the next 60 years without? I never understood.
