I don’t expect the pope to support marriage equality. However, it is disappointing that he gave more visibility to Kim Davis. There was no need for that bit of stupidity.

Well, he met privately, and didn’t even say anythign about it till her lawyeres were bragging about it.

Honestly, it’s pretty much what I expect him to do. The Church is STILL The Church, after all. What surprises ME is that she’d want to meet with him, since she doesn’t consider him Christian.
