Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide - and the evidence points to his doctor.

Eight weeks after the King of Pop died, a detective’s affidavit revealed Monday what had long been suspected - that the docgave Jackson “lethal levels” of the dangerous anesthetic drug Propofol.

Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray, who has been the chief target of a manslaughter investigation into his death, has not been charged.
