The current occupant of the white house will be making a nomination for the Supreme Court. If he has guessed correctly, his nominee will decide against states rights in favor of the power of federal government.

We all knew where Obama stood on the issue during the primaries. The only thing we can do is vote for someone who doesn’t believe that the Supreme Court is also a legislature.
