The infrastructure budget is $84 million over two years, most of which will go to the IT part and the Web site, recovery.gov. That is going to be a first-of-its-kind effort, at least at the federal level. There have been some things like it at the state and local levels. Getting that up and running is something that OMB has already done. They will then hand it over to my staff.”
