I am. Although, he is the reason I hold anti-war views. I’ve seen first-hand what war does to the people that fight it. If you want to declare a war, it had damn well be worth it.

OTOH my brother in law was over there from 66 to 69 before he got sick and hung it up…he seemed to not mind being there and enjoyed his duty, entirely with combat units…you never know…his bottom line was that the whole gig was a waste of time and he is still bitter about the death toll, but he just moved on
