Yeah. Its funny. You can buy all the parts to put together a number of different short-barreled rifles and it technically isn’t illegal to buy the parts, but it may be illegal to have the parts. It is just arbitrary.

I saw a couple of guys at the range today who had ordnance that was making me highly jealous. H&K UMP with a suppressor, and a full frame Glock (not sure the model), also with a suppressor. I assume they were LEO.
