My understanding is that both DNA based linages (Adam and Eve) are only a couple of hundred k years old. So only H. Sapiens needs apply. There is a good argument that H. Floresiensis was the last of the H. Erectus line but they still would be outside the X or Y chromosomal linages that modern humanity shares.

6000 years old, not a couple of hundred K.
