My father crossed over to vote for Trump in Michigan to stir up shit. I fear too many Democrats may have done the same thing which could explain [in part] why Hillary’s projected double digit lead resulted in a 1.5% loss. There is a buzzword being picked up by the MSM: tactical voting.

I tried that once.

Voted in the 1986 Arizona gubernatorial primary for who I thought would be the weakest GOP candidate, a Mormon Pontiac salesman, Evan Mecham.

But then an independent candidate split the Democratic vote and Mecham won with a plurality (a rule which has since been changed)

he went on to become a major embarrassment to the state and was impeached.

Last time I go all Machiavellian on anybody…
