Corinne Miller, Nancy Peeler and Robert Scott of the Department of Health and Human Services along with Liane Shekter-Smith, Adam Rosenthal and Patrick Cook of the Department of Environmental Quality face charges ranging from willful neglect of duty to conspiracy over allegations they withheld information from the public about lead contamination of the city’s drinking water.

Missing from the list is the Flint emergency manager and Gov. Snyder, both of whom pushed for this change over the opposition from the city that this would be damaging.

And still not a single mile of pipe has been replaced by the governor.
