How do you keep up with all these electronic media/communication tools?

I’m doing well to make a call on my iPhone.

When I get a new follower, Twitter sends me an email. I check the new follower’s profile and see what they are saying. If they are sane, they stay, if they look like nutcases, strawmen, and Stalkers they get blocked.
