Two of my sons are ministers—one with Universal Life, one with the Church of the Latter-Day Dude. The Dudist actually officiated at a legal gay marriage in Montgomery a month or so ago. Chief Justice Roy Moore was not amused.

When Obergefell was handed down, my wife updated her ULC credentials and enquired from the county attorney what Nebraska’s stance of ULC ministers officiating weddings. He enquired from the state attorney, who called my wife back and said “that’s fine with us.”
