It’s just that there are obvious disconnects with the competency of the appointment, and the core job function.
CIA — no experience whatsoever at all.
Treasury — “forgot” to pay taxes.
Sec State — flagrant and obvious conflicts of interest.
… the list continues (secdef, etc)
