You’d better believe it. At that point, it’d be duck and cover. The only the gov’ts willing to listen to their people will survive if that happens. Right now, aside from the obvious (Hi Israel) we have only Jordan and Morocco as definites. Oman and Kuwait are plausibles. Not sure what would happen in UAE, Iraq, or Qatar.

If Syria falls, I would pull the troops and forces out of the Persian Gulf until the new order settles out. It could turn ugly.
