I can’t find where I posted numbers on this who pays taxes stuff some time ago, but in the simplest terms, easily verified via Google, 50% of American household owned 1.1% (that’s one point one percent Mr. Romney, in case you have a problem with digits) of the nation’s wealth.

The top 10% owned 75% of the wealth.

In most so called socialist countries the percentages of wealth owned to taxes paid is comparable. Only in the USA are the numbers what they are.
