When they talked about the lifting of sanctions on the news last night, the reporter said that crude prices should have already factored that in considering the agreement has been in the works for two years. It doesn’t quite sound like everyone was paying attention after all.

That’s what I’m thinking; either that, or a lot of people just figured that this day would simply never come.
