A first for Occupy Atlanta: felony charges

Brandon Wojcik-Tremblay was charged with aggravated assault and obstruction. Police said he assaulted a motorcycle officer.

Members of Occupy Atlanta posted video of the confrontation on YouTube. They claim the officer tried to run over several protestors.
