Why concede that to conservatives when the god-emperor of both originalism and textualism, Scalia, ignored half the text of the second amendment to get to a result (individual right to keep and bear arms, totally unconnected to any form of militia) the founders would have loathed?

Scalia’s not there, and his replacement followed it in his labor decision.
