As already noted by Happy, most of the stuff we’re talking about is happening on FB, on twitter, on other boards, and so forth. I don’t know any Bernie fanatics in my personal life, but I’ve run into plenty of them on the internet and most of them are of the Firebagger strain of liberal fanaticism. Hell, Daily Kos is in danger of becoming (if it already hasn’t) a revival of Firedoglake. And any thread on Fark that involves the Dem race is replete with Bernie fanatics screaming that Hillary is the second-coming of Hitler.

Oddly enough, it reminds me of all the Paulians running around in 2012, screaming that he was the greatest thing to happen to democracy…right up until he refused to stage a very messy convention floor revolution.

I don’t check out any of those sites, so that’s probably why I haven’t seen it. I’ll take your word for it.
