I’d guess Rubio will move to the front by attrition. Even many conservatives don’t really think Trump, or Carson are presidential material. Especially not Carson. The position of Establishment GOP nominee was Bush’s unless he chose to lose it, and apparently that’s what he is choosing to do. His campaign has been lackluster to say the least. That leaves Rubio.

Rubio’s chances are much greater than I first thought they would be. He seems kind of a lightweight to me, but he might be their best compromise, i.e. default, candidate.
