you know, I do want to stay in the present, mostly, but I feel that the country needs to agree on more historical and scientific facts then it currently does, if there is to be a climate that allows and fosters healthy political debates.
So I do hope that down the road, there will be a chance to fact check some of these things publicly. Because I do feel that both the liberal and the conservative commenters on this blog and those who are a mix are in principle commited to accept reasonably sourced facts. And it seems to me that although the right blogosphere is kicking and screaming, they are still reading.
