Yeah. Every now and then I glance over at the reddit Trump subthread. Wow. Seriously, it’s a genuine, bona-fide alternate reality. It’s beyond doubling-down.

Speaking of doubling-down, I really am wondering if the GOP is going to continue down their path of white nationalism, or will reality finally intrude? Like I said, I’m really curious as to what the 2016 GOP autopsy is going to look like.

I think the GOP will remain stuck in its present awful state at least through 2020. Admittedly, I’m hard-pressed to think of a significant intermediate position between where Trump is now and straight-up “final solution” talk which I assume (perhaps over-optimistically) would be a show stopper.
