The JCT issues a standard score of the GOP tax scheme as adding $1.5 trillion to the debt. GOP demand that they want dynamic score because it proves that it will grow the economy.
GOP still tries to pass bill without the score.
JCT issues a dynamic score for the GOP plan. It still adds $1 trillion to the debt.
The GOP will still move to pass this monstrosity.
JCT scoring savaged scheme. GOP wanted dynamic scoring. They got dynamic scoring and it still savages the GOP tax scheme. They want to ignore the math altogether. They tried doing this without the scoring too. They still are.

They care only about passing a tax bill that redistributes wealth to the rich and the burdens to everyone else. Pass the bill and they also expect the debt to rise, and their response will not be to raise revenue, but to demand massive cuts to spending. Ultimately, the goal is to eliminate the New Deal/Great Society safety net plans that most Americans rely on in one form or another.
