Not yawning, but not sure what they’re trying to accomplish by filing the suit now. Isn’t most of the proof required to win the suit already part of the Mueller investigation? What is the effect of tossing another set of cooks into that already-muddled broth?

It could be timing. Filing the suit now means it would go to court in the run-up to the mid-terms.
