Nancy said it once to describe a condition that makes it dangerous for Trump to be taking the drug. She said it on TV and she meant for it to have impact, but she’s not running around (that I’ve seen) calling him that over and over like a taunt. She goes after him for what he does and what he says. Those are fair.

I think it’s also a way for her to let people who are still listening know that taking this drug is especially risky for people in that group. It is! And since Trump is trying to set some kind of twisted weird “example” here, it’s actually a responsible act to point this out.
