What is the cost of not having the health care bill in place, Steve?

I’d go back and formulate a bill focused on reducing costs, rather than on mandatory insurance purchasing, etc. Allow competition between states, tort reform, etc.

I don’t believe for a second that this bill will reduce the deficit. Call me a cynic.
