Prosperity Gospel and Calvinism have turned Christianity in America into the ultimate sports team, where the only purpose is to win, and always at the expense of the other ‘teams’.

The other “teams” are no different: Catholics leading the Crusades in the past and opposing family planning today, Protestants suppressing Catholics in this nation in the XX Century, Buddhists attacking Muslims in Burma, Muslims attacking each other, &c.
