The intended audience for that tweet are Senate and House Republicans that may be wavering. “The base still loves me, turn on me and your done.”

That may be the message, but I really doubt whether “Senate and House Republicans” are going to credit a 62-1 joke poll from Breitbart as being a particularly authoritative endorsement of said view.
