Wow. I’ve never seen that NPR interview before. Sanders’ comments are disgusting on multiple levels especially his equation of White people with the working class. Is he not aware of the Black and Brown working class? Or do they not matter?

Hope he doesn’t run again in 2020 for the Democratic Presidential candidacy. His words don’t sit well with me.

I would imagine Bernie would say if you raise the white working class you get an “all boats will rise” effect or something like that.

Of course that would be flawed thinking, but if you gotta do the political dance you could use that as a theoryexcuse. It would be sorta like trickle down economics.
