It’s more heinous. And it doesn’t have to do with education level, but how they went about the genocide.

I remember reading the account of an Holocaust survivor. She said that having an S.S. officer knock you to the ground with no rage in his eyes signified the unique brutality of the Nazis. I don’t know if that goes towards what your saying, but that is what this conversation reminds me of.
