My response to Donald J. Trump calling for an end to Muslim immigration:
Most people know more about what keeps our country strong than the leading Republican presidential candidate. Donald Trump should reread the words of our Constitution about religious freedom and tolerance. Do we really want someone who doesn’t understand our values speaking to the world on our behalf?
The President is supposed to bring everyone together, not divide through hateful rhetoric and fear mongering about an entire religion.
