I recently started reading food labels because my bad cholesterol is suddenly high, and have had to give up some tasty things, when I found they contain trans-fats.
Panera Mac & Cheese tastes fantastic, but a small container is 600 calories with 300 calories from fat, and 1.5g of trans fat. Prego Alfredo rotini has less calories, and a lower fat %, but has a gram of trans fat.
This is what I get for reading whatβs in my food.
