Sadly, the jihadis could care less about history and that they’ve got their facts wrong. It was never about the facts. It was about their intentions.

It’s what they want to do. It is how they want to accomplish their religious obligations. They consider it their religious obligation to engage in jihad. This mad mullah considers it his religious obligation to engage in genocide, even if it means coopting the imagery of the last Holocaust.

We see this with each and every passing day; Holocaust deniers, anti-Semites, and anti-Israeli leftists proclaiming that they want to see Israel destroyed, wish for the annihilation of Israel, denying that the Holocaust existed, all while claiming that the Jews who came to live in Israel stole the land, engage in rampant human rights abuses, genocide (ed: with an increasing Palestinian population? /don’t mention it, the mad mullah’s on a roll), all designed to undermine Israel’s existence, support for Israel, so that its enemies can dismember it piece by piece.

Not on my watch. Not now. Not ever.
