I mean, you’ll notice they’re talking about churches in Judea that are Christian.

Exactly, churches whose members “have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:” (who killed Christ and displease God, run counter to all humanity, yada yada yada.) That’s pretty unambiguous Jew hate right there.
